Cinex is founded by David Sargsyan — a Senior Data Science and AI Engineer with over six years of experience building and deploying production-grade systems across infrastructure, data, and machine learning. His engineering background spans enterprise AI engagements with deep hands-on work in retrieval-augmented generation, multi-agent architectures, recommendation engines, and mutivector AI agents.
Before focusing on AI, David led IT infrastructure and engineering operations at a government defense institution — managing large-scale systems, cross-functional teams, and high-reliability infrastructure under demanding conditions. That combination of operational depth and cutting-edge AI practice is the foundation Cinex is built on.
